1. Here is how a marketing letter is created
2. If yo have images, you must upload the images to the database. You should take note of the image ID. You can use other images that were stored before.
3. You can insert the image into your letter with the tag img:X (where X is the image ID.
4. You can insert a Y reply using the tag yes: followed by the wording of the link.
5. You can insert a N reply using the tag no: followed by the wording of the link.
6. You can send a test message to yourself, to see how the letter appears. The Y or N link does not work in this test message.
