You can view a demonstration of this system as follows:
1. Login as
User ID: DEMO
Password: 1234
2. Select the DEMO project.
3. View the folders. Try to create new folders for new clients.
4. Select a folder. View the documents. Try to upload a new document. You can browse for the document in your computer. You can delete any existing document.
5. You can upload various types of documents, e.g. PDF, Word, Excel. To read the document, you need the appropriate software.
This application allows you to create one or more projects and to create many folders under a project. You can upload many documents into each folder.
You can create several users to access the folders. The users (type 1) can read documents only, but cannot add or delete documents. The users (type 2) can read, add and delete documents.
This application allows several users to work in a team to process the documents in the folder. The folder can represent a client or a member of an association.
Various types of documents can be created – PDF, Word and Excel. To view these documents, you need to have the relevant software on your computer.
This portal can be used by many organisations. Each organisation has its own projects. Each project is segregated from the other projects.
